Recept za fine čokoladne lješnjak kocke

Danas ćemo vam pisati o jednom starinskom, ali izuzetno ukusnom receptu za lješnjak kocke koji će zadovoljiti sve vaše dnevne potrebe za šećerom.

Sastojci koji će vam biti potrebni za pripremu su:

Biskvit:
  • 150 gr šećera
  • 100 gr čokolade
  • 70 gr brašna
  • 100 gr mljevenih lješnjaka
  • 3 jajeta
  • 50 ml ulja
  • Prašak za pecivo
Krem:
  • 400 ml mlijeka
  • 50 ml jake crne kafe
  • 250 gr maslaca
  • 60 gr šećera
  • 100 gr čokolade
  • Puding od čokolade
Glazura:
  • 100 gr čokolade
  • 20 gr maslaca

Priprema je jako jednostavna, tako da vam neće biti potrebna ničija pomoć, niti puno vremena. Pripremu smo podijelili u tri kategorije, kako bi vama olakšali proces pripreme.

Priprema biskvita:

Šećer i jaja trebate izmiješate mikserom dok ne postanu pjenasti, i zatim dodajte mlijeko, ulje, otopljenu čokoladu i brašno pomiješano sa praškom za pecivo i lješnjacima.

To trebate dobro miješati, i smjesu na kraju izlijte u namašćen lim kojeg ćete također posuti brašnom (veličina lima 22×36 cm).

To pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici na 160 stepeni između 35 i 40 minuta.

Priprema krema:

Dvije do četiri kašike šećera trebate pomiješati sa praškom za puding, i od 400 ml hladnog mlijeka oduzmite 6 kašika, dobro ih pomiješajte sa smjesom (puding i šećer).

Ostatak mlijeka trebate skuhati, i zatim kada skinete sa vatre dodajte smjesu koju ste dobili (šećer i puding).

U puding umiješajte otopljenu čokoladu i crnu kafu dok je puding još topao, izlijte u dublju zdjelu i zatim pokrijte prozirnom folijom, i ostavite da se hladi.

Maslac izradite pjenasto i dodajte ohlađenom pudingu, to sve dobro izmiješajte i rasporedite po ohlađenom biskvitu.

Pripema glazure:

Maslac trebate istopiti, skinuti sa vatre, i u njega umiješajte čokoladu izlomljenu na kockice.

To sve miješajte dok ne dobijete slatku glazuru, kolač ohladite, i prelijte čokoladnom glazurom.

Ako želite možete ukrasiti glazuru sa mrvljenih lješnjakom, ali to je po želji.
