Pripremaju se na sljedeći način:

U jednu posudu trebate nasuti maslac, mlijeko, vodu, sol i šećer. Zatim tu posudu trebate staviti na vatru dok sastojci ne provru.

Kada sastojci dođu do stanja vrenja u tekućinu trebate ubaciti brašno, i to miješajte drvenom kašikom sve dok se tijesto ne pretvori u kuglu.

Kugla se treba odvajati od stranica zdjele, to će sve trajati svega nekih 4-5 minuta.

Nakon toga, tijesto koje ste dobili trebate prebaciti u zdjelu od miksera, i prohladiti ga na kratko, i zatim ubaciti jaja, jedno po jedno, i miksajte svako jaje barem jedan minut.
