Recept za jesensku poslasticu sa lješnjakom, čokoladom i šljivama

Kada spojite šljive, čokoladu i lješnjake, šta dobijete? Pa odgovor je jednostavan, dobijete ukusnu jesensku poslasticu za kojom će svi da polude!

Pored divnih boja, jesen nam donosi razne mirise i okuse voća i povrća, koji čine jesen omiljenim godišnjim dobom za mnoge od nas!

Jesenska gastronomija je među najboljima, ako ne čak i najbolja na svijetu.

Neki od tipičnih okusa tokom jeseni su šljive, koje pretvaraju razne kolače u raskošne zalogaje koji su mnogo ukusniji nego što bi bili bez njih.

Poslastica o kojoj ćemo vam mi danas govoriti je idealna uz jutarnju kaficu, ili kao topli desert, kako god vi želite da uživate u njoj.

Manji zalogaji prije spavanja vam mogu pomoći da zaspite, i da slatko sanjate.

Sastojci potreni za ovu poslasticu su:

  • 175 grama maslaca
  • 500 grama šljiva
  • 175 grama šećera
  • 175 grama brašna
  • 175 grama mljevenih lješnjaka
  • 50 grama tamne čokolade
  • 3 jajeta
  • 1 kašika praška za pecivo
  • 2 kašike lješnjaka
  • 2 kašike želea od šljiva

Priprema ovog ukusnog kolačića glasi:

Zagrijte rernu na 180 stepeni/ventilator na 160 stepeni celzija. Podlogu okruglog kalupa za torte (20 cm) podmažite maslacem, šljive prepolovite i oljuštite, ali samo četiri komada.

Preostale šljive grubo nasjeckajte. Maslac, brašno, mljevene lješnjake, jaja, prašak za pecivo i šećer sastavite u jednoj velikoj posudi, i tucite drvenom kašikom dok ne postane lagano i glatko.

U to umiješajte šljive i čokoladu, i zatim ubacite u kalup za torte, i zagladite vrh.

Šljive koje ste prepolovili trebate rasporediti po vrhu smjese, i pritisnite ih lagano.

Pospite preko lješnjake, i pecite 40-50 minuta, odnosno dok gornji dio ne požuti.
