Linzeri su poznati kao mali kolačići koji su sastavni dio svakog svečanog stola, bilo za blagdane, rođendane, vjenčanja ili bilo koju drugu prigodu. Prhko tijesto i džem savršeno se slažu i neodoljivi. Linzeri se obično poslužuju uz ostale kolačiće, ali obično prvi nestane, što dovoljno govori o njihovoj popularnosti.

Vjerojatno jedna od najčešćih prilika kada se pripremaju ovi kolačići je Božić i Nova godina. Potekle su iz Austrije, ali su se toliko proširile da su i u našim krajevima prava domaća delicija. Priprema linsera (možete ih pronaći i pod nazivom lincer cookie ili božićna zvijezda) vrlo je jednostavna, ali i jako zabavna. Dizajniranje s maketama probudit će vaše unutarnje dijete, ali i zabaviti vašu djecu pripremanjem ovog deserta u kojem će možda prvi put ući u svijet kuhanja.

Priprema: 50 minuta
Pečenje: 10 minuta
Ukupno vrijeme pravljenja linzera: sat vremena

Sastojci koji su potrebni

300 grama glatkog brašna
200 grama maslac
100 grama šećera
dva vanilijina šećera
jedno jaje
50 grama džema od šljiva i marelica za spajanje

Priprema Liznera

Prstima umijesite maslac i brašno
dodati šećer i mijesiti
Na kraju dodajte jaje
Zamijesite prhko tijesto i zamotajte ga u prozirnu foliju
Stavite u hladnjak (ili ohladite) na sat vremena
Tijesto razvaljati (na pobrašnjenoj podlozi ili zamotati u plastičnu foliju) i rezati kalupom (nožem).
Napravite isti broj punih leća i leća s rupama u sredini.
Pecite na 180 stupnjeva oko 10 minuta, mora biti super!
Gornji i donji dio leća izvana zarolajte šećerom u prahu
Donju podlogu premažite pekmezom i blendajte – tako će džem ostati lijep.
