Iako negdje na internetu možete pronaći kako ih je teško napraviti sa takvim starinskim modelima, to zapravo nije tačno. Ako sve uradite po ovom receptu, šape se prave jednostavno i bez problema, a još lakše ih je izvaditi iz kalupa, ma kakav on bio.

Ovako napravljene šape imaju jedinstven ukus koji uvijek budi uspomene na kolače koje smo voljeli kao djeca. Ako ih čuvate u dobro zatvorenim limenim kutijama, lako mogu da stoje nekoliko nedjelja.

Ukupno vrijeme pravljenja šapa: sat vremena i 10 minuta

Sastojci koji su potrebni

  • 450 grama brašna
  • 250 grama mljevenih oraha
  • pola kesice praška za pecivo
  • 250 grama šećera
  • jedna kesica vanilijinog šećera
  • jedno jaje
  • 240 grama svinjske masti
  • dvije kašičice meda

Za ukrašavanje nam je potreban samo šećer u prahu

Priprema šapa sa orasima

U veću činiju stavite brašno, prašak za pecivo, šećer, orahe i vanilijin šećer.
Potrebno je dobro pomešati ove sastojke.
Zatim u njima napravite rupu i u njih stavite mast, med i jaje.
Zamesiti rukom glatko tijesto.
Umotajte tijesto u prozirnu foliju i stavite u frižider na sat vremena.
Podmažite kalupe za šape mašću i umočite ih u brašno.
Na ovaj način brašno se zadržava samo na podmazanim dijelovima kalupa.
Izvadite tijesto iz frižidera, uzmite male komade tijesta i punite kalupe.
Na kraju lagano pritisnite tijesto da otisak kalupa bude izraženiji.
Pazite da ne napunite kalupe za tijesto do vrha jer će prašak za pecivo podići tijesto tokom pečenja i tada će njihovo vađenje iz kalupa biti mnogo teže.
Šape se peku u zagrijanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko 15 minuta.
Gotove šape izvadite iz rerne i ostavite da se kalupi ohlade dovoljno da ih možete držati u rukama.
Tek tada izvadite kolačiće iz kalupa okretanjem i tapkanjem po tvrdoj površini.
Šape se moraju ohladiti prije uvaljanja u šećer u prahu da se šećer na njima dok su tople ne bi otopio.
